Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Refund Policy
    • Fees paid for development, licensing, or subscription of Zuba platforms and services are non-refundable once services have commenced or deliverables have been provided, except in the case of proven defects directly attributable to Zuba’s error.
    • Any request for a refund due to proven defects must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising, supported by sufficient evidence of service failure.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.

  2. Cancellation Policy
    • The Client may cancel an active service contract with 30 days’ written notice, subject to payment of any outstanding balances and in compliance with all contract terms.
    • Early termination fees may apply if the cancellation occurs before the minimum contract period as specified in the agreement.
    • Upon cancellation, Zuba may assist with data migration or platform closure at standard hourly rates upon the Client’s written request.

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
